When you are on your main page of your blog and signed in click on "customize" in the upper right corner. Then find "add page element" and a bunch of options will come up. To add a list of blogs you read use "link list" - or it looks like they have a new one called blogroll. Not sure how that looks but it looks like a cool idea.
